Forever Young Adult Day Health Center is committed to providing basic assistance and healthcare to the senior citizen community along with other mentally and physically impaired adults by providing a variety of services and recreational activities.
​Conveniently located in the city of Baldwin Park, Forever Young​ offers a large space where our participants can enjoy all that we have to offer. Our center is surrounded by a variety of stores, restaurants, banks and medical facilities.
We want all of our participants to feel at home which is why we offer a welcoming, nurturing and supportive environment. We focus on enhancing the quality of life and decrease any sense of helplessness, self-isolation/loneliness or restlessness by utilizing the different services within our program.
